Christian is a co-founder and Venture Partner at White Star Capital, where he draws on his extensive experience in developing and scaling products and platforms internationally.
He first discovered coding on his father’s Commodore 64, leading to an affinity for technology that’s continued throughout his career. Beginning with Product Manager roles at MicroStrategy prior to the company’s 1999 IPO, he later moved on to leadership positions within Google and Microsoft’s early mobile efforts, before joining Facebook to lead the international expansion of its Platform, Gaming and Business Development groups. Alongside his work at White Star Capital, he serves as a Young Global Leader on the World Economic Forum and the selection committee of the WEF’s Technology Pioneers program.
Christian holds a degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from The Wharton School. Born in El Salvador, he spent time growing up in Latin America, the US and Europe, and now lives in London with his wife and three children.
